Where Saigon Meets the American Deli

At The Sandwich Maker, we bridge the gap between two worlds. On one side of the kitchen, we bake crispy French baguettes for our authentic Grilled Pork Banh Mi and simmer beef bones for 10 hours to create our signature Pho broth. On the other side, we stack premium roast beef, turkey, and swiss for the ultimate American Club. 

Unlike fast-food chains that rely on frozen shipments, we chop our cilantro, pickle our carrots, and slice our meats fresh every single morning. We believe your lunch break should be the highlight of your day, not an afterthought.

Fueling the Los Gatos Workforce

Located specifically inside the University Avenue Office Complex, we have served as the “unofficial cafeteria” for local businesses and medical offices for years. 

We aren’t just for the office, though. Situated just minutes from Vasona Lake Park and the Los Gatos Creek Trail, we are the perfect pit-stop for hikers and families looking for a high-quality picnic lunch without the high restaurant prices. We are proud to feed the people who make Los Gatos run.
